GDC and come on gone.  Overall, it when well.

The show was long.  Now, I’m mulling over the past week.

Our goal at GDC was to show the game to as many people as possible and make media contacts.  I think we achieved that goal for the most part.  We weren’t able to find anybody from Kotaku, but we managed to show the game to a lot of the other sites.

For me, the exhaustion comes from all the work that goes into trying to meet people.  Scanning waves of people for a familiar face to show the game to is an arduous task.  I even went so far as to camp out certain GDC lectures when looking for people like some sort of stalker.

By night, Rod and I went on the prowl during the GDC after parties.  I should mention… I hate parties and I hate crowds.  This was not a fun experience but you do what you gotta do to promote your game.

Years from now, whether the game is a success or not, I’ll know that I at least tried.
